PRELIMINARY VIDEO

This is my preliminary video and there were many comments and feedback thrown at me when I first showed it to my peers and my teacher in school today. My all peers liked it as there was a little humor in it and a true salesman behavior shown. But when it came to the technical problems so my teacher told me many things from which I learnt a lot and will surely not repeat those mistakes in my final film. First fault was that my hand was shaking while I was shooting so I will be now using a tripod stand while shooting in future. Secondly there was a sudden and very fast zoom out which didn't looked professional. Thirdly the surrounding voice was very distracting which I knew already and that's why I kept the music at background to minimize this fault which was a trick appreciated by my peers and teacher. There was a shot of envelop on which it was written coupons was not natural and jumped in. Lastly the salesmen were looking in the camera which was a blunder but the other actor gave great shots and expressions. Apart from this my teacher also appreciated the way shots were dissolved, fade in and fade out of the music, the match on action and shot reverse shot. But 180 degree rule was not prominent in the video as both actors were standing which was also a big mistake I have to take care next time and I will surely try to improve and meet the requirements and expectations.
